Book a day and a time window online. Our driver texts you when they are on the way, collects your bag, and brings everything back cleaned and pressed, usually within 48 hours. You do not need to be home as long as you leave the bag somewhere safe.
There is no minimum. Pickup and delivery are free on orders over $30, and a flat $5 fee applies below that.
We use non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning solutions instead of perchloroethylene, the harsh solvent many cleaners still use. We also recycle hangers and deliver in reusable garment bags.
Most stains come out with our hand pre-treatment, including wine, coffee, makeup and grease. Point them out when you book or tag them with a note, and we will tell you honestly what we expect before we start.
If you are not happy with how an item came back, tell us within seven days and we will re-clean it for free. In the rare event of damage, we compensate in line with fair claims guidelines.
Each item is checked and priced when it arrives at our shop. We send you an itemised receipt by email and you pay by card on delivery.
